Cancellation & Refund Policy

A strict, verification-based policy for the ₹49 contact-unlock service.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Our refund promise

Genuine no-deal: If a student pays the applicable contact-unlock fee and, after a genuine attempt to connect, no tutoring arrangement is actually established, the student may request a full refund of the applicable contact-unlock amount, subject to EDUXAE verification.

2. What counts as a genuine no-deal

A genuine no-deal can include situations where the tutor and student cannot reach an arrangement after reasonable communication, the tutor declines the request, or the tutoring arrangement does not proceed.

The refund decision is based on the facts available to EDUXAE, not solely on one party's statement.

3. Strict anti-fraud rule

False refund claims are not allowed. If a tutoring deal was actually established and a user falsely reports that no deal occurred only to obtain a refund, the claim may be rejected and the account may be restricted or suspended.
  • False statements or fabricated evidence may result in rejection.
  • Manipulating, deleting or misrepresenting platform conversations may result in rejection.
  • Repeated suspicious refund claims may trigger additional review.
  • Fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension and other appropriate action.

4. How verification works

When a refund is requested, EDUXAE may review the relevant demo request, payment record, contact-unlock record, request status, platform messages, timestamps and other available evidence. EDUXAE may also ask either party for clarification or supporting information.

5. Refund request

The student can submit a refund request from the applicable dashboard after a paid contact unlock. The request should contain a truthful explanation of why no tutoring arrangement was established.

Submitting a request does not itself guarantee a refund. EDUXAE will review the claim before approving it.

6. Approved refund

When EDUXAE approves a genuine no-deal claim, the refund will be initiated through the original payment channel/payment provider for the full applicable contact-unlock amount, subject to the provider's processing timelines and applicable rules.

Once a refund is approved, EDUXAE may revoke the associated contact access.

7. Rejected claims

If available evidence indicates that the parties did establish a tutoring arrangement, the claim is materially inconsistent with platform records, or the claim appears fraudulent, EDUXAE may reject the refund.

8. Tutor cooperation

Tutors are expected to respond honestly to dispute reviews. Providing false information to influence a refund decision may also result in account action.

9. Contact

For questions about a refund decision, contact EDUXAE through the Contact Us page and include the relevant request or transaction reference.
